Arkville Residence

From the street view of this stately residence, you would not expect the updated interior, not the glass open to the expansive back yard, connecting one with the nature beyond.

Byrdcliffe Residence

This addition doubled the square footage of the original home and created a home for the owner’s mother.

Catskill Art Supply, Kingston

This renovation of an 8,000 sq.ft. store, presented the challenge of breaking down the long deep experience of the narrow floor plan.

Kingston Residence

This program called for additions on 3 sides of the existing home and also some interior renovations.

Shokan Residence

This project added a hot tub room with a stone facade to an 1850’s farm house.

Saugerties Residence

This project added a kitchen and entry to a historic stone house.

Shokan Square

This shopping plaza with 2 buildings of 15,000 square foot each. I chose 2 barn like forms in keeping with the rural nature of the community.

Catskill Art Supply, Poughkeepsie

This 17,000 square foot building in its life was a Bell Telephone building, a grocery store, and finally a furniture store when it was purchased by Catskilll Art & Office Supply in 2003.
